Our Story…

I set up Gourmet Grub Bakery after being made redundant in 2010. Initially I started baking from my home in Castleknock, but after a short while this was no longer suitable for me to produce the volumes I needed.

 

 

Canape CocktailsIn May 2011 after some months of planning, I converted a garage on the grounds of my family home in Newbridge to a H.S.E. approved production kitchen. Over the years the business grew and I found I needed to think about a larger premises. In September 2015 I developed a new production kitchen in Dublin to cope with the increased business.

We have now moved to and set up a new production kitchen based in Unit 3G Kylemore Industrial Estate, Killeen Road, Dublin 10.
